The Friends of the Library support special projects at the library with funds raised from their Used Book Sales, held the third Friday and Saturday of the month.

The Grand Ledge Area District Library main branch is located at 131 E. Jefferson St. in downtown Grand Ledge (627-7014) and is open 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 1 to 5 p.m. Sundays.
Grand Ledge Area District Library is participating with other Michigan libraries to offer Audio Books, eBooks and Online Books to our registered borrowers through a service called OverDrive. Please be sure that you have signed up for a pin number at the library for access to this service. The library now has two OverDrive Collections.

Story Time is offered throughout the year at the Grand Ledge Area District Library. Story Time is for 3-6 year olds and is offered, as scheduled, on Tuesdays at 11 a.m. in the library meeting room. A story, craft and activities are offered. We set aside time throughout the year for school age children to attend story time for special events and programming.
